Our process of helping you apply for a mortgage: 

  • Initial consultation – We will arrange a convenient time where we can meet in person or online. At our meeting, we will complete a questionnaire commonly known as a fact-find. This will enable us to develop a clearer picture of your situation. 

  • Recommendations – After discussing your mortgage needs, we will research the market, reviewing different products and providers. Then we will take you through our recommendations, in detail.  

  • Application process – Once you are happy with our recommendations, we will complete all the necessary paperwork and applications, and then we will deal directly with the lender. We will support you with your application right through to completion.

  

Depending on your current circumstances the type of mortgage you need may differ. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs in more details as the current mortgage market is very complex.
